Ok, its saturday night. Husband and youngest are at the Penguin game. The oldest and I are busy. She making homemade from scratch cake and me, well I am making a homemade pretty felted purse.Found this pattern and fell in LOVE. I picked up the yarn the thursday after my surgery. The blue is Cascade"Robin egg blue". I found most of the colors in 220, with the exception of the yellow, which is Melabringo. It is moving fast. I am almost done with the acutal purse. I have about 10 more rows. Then I will start the flowers. I can't wait.
Got my February KAL for the dishclothes. I am doing it in a really pretty shade of Pink. We have two days complete.
I am also thinking about joining a sock a month club. That would be a true challenge! To knit a PAIR of socks a month, oh my goodness! I get bored to quickly, and would fear, I would start one but never make it to the second.
But it would be fun.....
What else is on my needles. Second sock for husband. Melabringo in a very cool shade called cypress(green black) for oldest and only daughter. And still working on son's camo socks.
The budget is due for Monday, for classroom supplies, and I have many things to order, and little time to do it, so that is calling me. But all I can think is....I need to knit!
